<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite material which is excellent in thermal conductivity, and has a high elastic modulus. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composite material is characterized by including fine graphite particles having a plate-like graphite particles and an aromatic vinyl copolymer which is adsorbed on the plate-like graphite particles and contains a vinyl aromatic monomer unit expressed by formula (1):-(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-CHX) (wherein, X represents a phenyl, naphthyl, anthracenyl group or a pyrenyl group, which may have a substituent); fibrous inorganic filler; and a resin matrix. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
