<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that charged ink mist adheres to a cover member covering a sensor and the accuracy for detecting the existence of a paper sheet by the sensor is deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid injection device includes a detection part 12 having a light emitting part 13 and a light receiving part 14, a liquid injection head 10 injecting ink as liquid, the transparent cover member 18 covering the detection part 12, and a conductive support 8 confronting the liquid injection head 10 and supporting the conveyed paper sheet P as a recorded medium. A charge polarity to the air of the cover member 18 is the same with a charge polarity of the ink mist which is generated by the ink ejected from the liquid ejection head 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
