<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of reducing radioactive materials from a decontamination object. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation dose of a gamma ray and a beta ray can be reduced more by injecting hot water of ≥35°C to a decontamination object (bringing the hot water into contact with the decontamination object) with a high-pressure washing machine or the like, in comparison with the case of using water of normal temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
