<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional grain dryer, wherein although a cover provided above a far infrared emitter is thought to require no special maintenance since no grains are left thereon due to its mountain-like shape, an accumulation amount of straw waste or the like is increased, after using the grain dryer, particularly in a part close to an exhaust air discharge chamber of an upper part of the mountain-like shape. <P>SOLUTION: A cover (33) formed in a mountain-like shape is provided above a far infrared emitter (32) provided on at least one of a hot air chamber (11) and a grain collection unit (4), and a mountain-shaped scraper (22) is provided along the cover (33) in a slidable manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
