<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having an inexpensive touch interface added without losing operability and quality. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes a heating part, an operation part for inputting a cooking menu or heating conditions, a storage part, a display part, and a control part for controlling the heating part and the display part. The operation part is a touch panel integrally constituted of the display part and having a transparent electrode disposed only in a part, and is constituted of a first input means for electrically detecting a finger touch as an input by the transparent electrode, and a second input means for detecting finger touch to an area where no transparent electrode is disposed. Thus, the transparent electrode disposing area for electrically detecting the finger touch is limited, and the number of optical sensors corresponding to necessary resolution is used for the area where no transparent electrode is disposed, thereby achieving an inexpensive touching operation.
