<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center sash structure of a vehicle door with few number of components and few assembly man-hour, and to provide an assembling method for the center sash structure. <P>SOLUTION: The structure includes: a center sash 11 for dividing an opening for a window for a vehicle door, into an elevating and lowering glass section and a fitting glass section; a resin end cap 13 mounted at the upper end of the center sash 11; and a window frame sash 14 disposed at the upper edge of the opening for the window and including a concave groove 14c at a lower face side. A pair of fitting grooves 14a and 14b facing each other in a vehicle width direction are provided inside the concave groove 14c of the window frame sash 14, and a pair of fitting projections 13e and 13f are projected at facing side faces of the end cap 13 in the vehicle width direction. The center sash 11 is assembled in the window frame sash 14 by fitting the fitting projections 13e and 13f of the end cap 13 to the fitting grooves 14a and 14b of the window frame sash 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
