<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout which is secured to a cup in a stable posture. <P>SOLUTION: The spout S is attached to the cup C which stores liquid therein and whose opening is sealed with a film F. The spout S includes: a punching part which breaks the film F, and at least a part of which is inserted into the cup; a supporting part provided spaced away from the punching part; and a spout provided above the film for spouting the liquid stored in the cup.
