PURPOSE: A baked tangerine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to extend preservation period. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of baked tangerine comprises the following steps: removing agricultural chemical and dust by washing tangerines; covering the whole tangerine with silver foil before baking; and baking the tangerine at 90 deg. Celsius for 15 minutes. The diameter of the tangerine is about 3-4 cm.
