PURPOSE: Upper and lower hemming apparatuses of a front panel and a rear panel for a steel door combining a pivot hinge are provided to improve workability by inputting and outputting the front panel and the rear panel by a first bending process and a second bending process through a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower hemming apparatuses of a front panel and a rear panel for a steel door combining a pivot hinge include a first bending unit(10), a second bending unit(20), and a conveyor(80). The first bending unit bends the top sides and the bottom sides of the front and rear panels at an obtuse angle, and bends the top side and the bottom side to form a connection plate which is vertical to a muscle plate bent at the obtuse angle. The second bending unit hems the top side and the bottom side to form the muscle plate by bending the muscle plate bent at the obtuse angle on the top and bottom sides of the front and rear panels at 180 degrees to overlap with the front and rear panels. The conveyor moves the top and bottom bent parts of the front and rear panels from the first bending unit to the second bending unit. |
