PURPOSE: A water-cooled condenser for a vehicle is provided to reduce the weight and manufacturing costs of the condenser by reducing a number of components and simplifying the layout of the connection pipes. CONSTITUTION: A water-cooled condenser for a vehicle comprises a first radiation part(110), a second radiation part(120), and a receiver dryer part(130). Multiple plates(111) are laminated to form the first radiation part. The first radiation part is connected to a radiator so that the cooling water and a refrigerant supplied from the compressor can be circulated to condensate the refrigerant. The second radiation part is integrally formed on the lower part of the first radiation part. The receiver dryer part is formed on one end of the first and second radiation parts to connect the first and second radiation parts. Accordingly, the refrigerant condensed by the first radiation part is introduced into the receiver dryer part to separate the gas and liquid of the refrigerant and to remove the moisture of the refrigerant.
