<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device having a semiconductor laser as a light source capable of miniaturizing and attaining high luminance. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 1 individually excites corresponding phosphors 52 to 54 by condensing laser beams emitted from three (a plurality of) LED chips 34 to 36 built in one semiconductor laser 3 with one condensing lens 4. The phosphors 52 to 54 are arranged at light condensing positions of corresponding laser beams so as to make light-emitting points of the LED chips 34 to 36 and the phosphors 52 to 54 mutually have an optically conjugated relationship via the condensing lens 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
