<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door impact beam unit for 2-door vehicle, which significantly increases door push preventive power of a B pillar, without changing design in a door, a vehicle frame and a door impact beam. <P>SOLUTION: The door impact beam unit includes a wide bracket comprising: a beam contact stage in which an end part of the door impact beam is positioned at an end part where a door outer panel and a door inner panel are connected inside the door outer panel, and an overlap length is formed so as to cover a part of the end part of the door impact beam; a wide overlap stage being horizontal in a direction opposite to the beam contact stage, which overlaps the inside of the door inner panel overlapping the B pillar of the vehicle frame, and the overlap length overlapping the overlap portion is formed; and a hinge stage in which the beam contact stage and the wide overlap stage are integrally connected, in an inclined form so that the overlap section of the wide overlap stage may be positioned at an end part of the door inner panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
