<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate working device in which a determination can be made accurately as to whether or not the substrate working tables interfere mutually. <P>SOLUTION: A printer 100 (substrate working device) includes a table recognition mark 24, a substrate recognition camera 34a (34b), a base 10 to which one of the substrate recognition camera 34a (34b) and the table recognition mark 24 is coupled and secured, substrate working tables 20a and 20b having the other of the substrate recognition camera 34a (34b) and the table recognition mark 24 and movable in a direction approaching each other, and an arithmetic processing unit 81 for determining whether or not the substrate working tables 20a and 20b interfere during movement on the basis of the location information obtained, respectively, for the substrate working tables 20a and 20b by recognizing the table recognition mark 24 by means of the substrate recognition camera 34a (34b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
