<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor having a slit lamination hole the strength of which against centrifugal force can be enhanced while taking account of the fact that a pressure is loaded near the outside part of the slit lamination hole, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 10 comprises: a rotor core 30 in which a slit lamination hole 22 of curved shape for embedding a magnet 20 is formed by laminating a plurality of core sheets 18 each having a slit 16 of curved shape extending from one end 12 to the other end 14; and the magnet 20 embedded in the slit lamination hole 22 of the rotor core 30 by injection molding. Peeling strength between the magnet 20 and the wall surface 32 of the slit lamination hole 22 on the outer peripheral side of the core sheet is lower than that between the magnet 20 and the wall surface 34 of the slit lamination hole 22 on the center side of the core sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
