摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery monitoring device capable of properly determining a disconnection of an input line from each battery module in a battery pack in which a first battery module and a second battery module each including a different number of battery cells are connected to each other in series. <P>SOLUTION: When carrying out disconnection determination processing, among second battery modules V21-V23 from which voltage is sequentially detected, an order of voltage application of a second battery module from which the voltage is applied to a capacitor 222 first in previous disconnection determination processing is transposed to the order of voltage application of another second battery module from which the voltage is applied to the capacitor 222 next odd-number-th after the first in the previous disconnection determination processing.
