<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly bond a gauge part to a saber part, while preventing breakage of the saber part of an oil level gauge. <P>SOLUTION: A first through-hole 11a, which is formed at a metal saber part 11 so that molten resin can flow thereinto when a synthetic resin made gauge part 13 is formed, is disposed in the inside of an enlarged part B which is formed by enlarging the rear part of the gauge part 13, thereby, even if the first through-hole 11a is enlarged so as to enhance the coupling power between the saber part 11 and gauge part 13, the surroundings of the first through-hole 11a which have become brittle are covered with the enlarged part B for securing the strength of the saber part 11. In addition, when an oil level gauge is pulled out from a guide pipe, the enlarged part B of the gauge part 13 comes in contact with the inner surface of a guide pipe, by which the oil attached to the intermediate part C, which is narrower than the enlarged part B of the gauge part 13, is prevented from coming in contact with the inner surface of the guide pipe to be rubbed off, thus the detection accuracy of the oil level can be enhanced, and furthermore, by guiding the enlarged part B along the guide pipe, the oil level gauge is smoothly pulled out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
