<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field probe for easily adapting a resonance frequency to a desired frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer substrate 4 of a magnetic field probe 1 includes a transmission line part 13, capacitors 20, 30 and a coil 27. The first capacitor 20 is composed of two parallel flat plate electrode patterns 21, 22 facing each other. The second capacitor 30 is composed of two parallel flat plate electrode patterns 31, 32 facing each other. The coil 27 is composed of three loop patterns 24 to 26.
