<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a target tracking device capable of quickly detecting a target without being affected by the estimation accuracy of exercise specifications. <P>SOLUTION: A track extraction determination part 11 for executing a correlation determination between an observation value of a beat frequency obtained from a radar 1 and a target track candidate to determine whether a target exists in an observation area on the basis of the existence/absence of a track candidate whose correlation is recognized is provided.
