<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect legs of an infant in both of his/her figure in holding the infant under user's arm for the infant that does not have control of its head and his/her figure in holding the infant vertically along the front side of user's body for the infant that can control its head, without applying an excessive load on a user and while also reducing a load on the infant's figure in holding the infant under user's arm. <P>SOLUTION: When holding the infant vertically along the front side of user's body, supports 70 for holding under user's arm which are mounted while being superposed on a body 10 are removed, and the infant is laid in such a manner that the belly side or the back side of infant's body is directly fitted to the body 10. Connection inserts 24a, 24b which are disposed at two positions near the bottom end of a waist strap 20 on the opposite side to the body 10, connection inserts 43a, 43b and connection brackets 45a, 45b which are disposed while turning one end of a pair of shoulder straps 40 to the back of shoulders or the neck at the side of a user M and disposing another end at two positions near the bottom, are connected. Furthermore, the waist strap 20 integrated with the lower part of the body 10 is connected around the waist of the user M by using a connection insert 21 and a connection bracket 22, and mounted around the waist of the user M.
