PURPOSE: A smart home distributing panel is provided to enable a user to remotely grasp power usage by branches on a real time basis and to turn on or off electrical devices connected to a branch circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION: A smart home distributing panel comprises a sensor module(110) for being separately mounted on a single branch circuit breaker to measure the power usage signal of each branch circuit breaker. A control module(120) processes the signal and controls the supply or cut-out of power flows in an electrical device(7) attached to the branch circuit breaker. A measurement unit(100) comprises a first communications module(130) which transmits the power usage signal to a second communications module(210) and receives a power control signal from the second communications module for delivering to the control module. The second communications module receives the power usage signal from the first communications module and transmits the power control signal to the first communications module. A processor module(220) calculates one of power usage, power charge, and carbon dioxide emission rate produces the power control signal to deliver to the second communications module. A monitoring part(200) comprises an LCD module(230) for displaying the calculated result.
