<p>PURPOSE: A canine amniotic membrane-derived multipotent stem cell(cAM-MSC) is provided to ensure excellent proliferation and differentiation ability, and to be used as a cell therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cAM-MSCs comprises: a step of isolating cells from canine amniotic membrane; a step of culturing the cells in a low glucose DMEM; and a step of collecting the cultured cells. The cAM-MSCs has negative immunological property with respect to human markers, CD3, CD11c, CD28, CD34, CD38, CD41a, CD45, and CD62L and has positive immunological property with respect to human markers, CD90 and CD105. The cAM-MSCs are differentiated into ectoderm, mesoderm, or endoderm-derived cells.</p> |
