摘要 The collector (11) has carbon nanotubes (14) aligned by forming an angle (alpha) equal to 90 degrees with respect to a substrate (13). An aluminum thin layer (15) is formed on the substrate. The nanotubes are arranged so as to provide a network such as a connection between volume occupied by the nanotubes and volume defined by the collector lies between 1 percent and 10 percent, where each nanotube is provided with a cylinder or multiple concentric cylinders with external diameter ranging between 1 and 100 nm and inner diameter less than 10 nm. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a collector.
