The connecting units assure displacement of the user receiving units with respect to the base units under control of a user. Position detecting units detect a position of the user receiving units to generate control commands. The base units include a fixation base for fixing the device on the ground. An independent claim is also included for a gaming system comprising a control command generating unit connected to information processing units.
