The device has a carrying structure (1) that is utilized for supporting a stopper. The stopper is elastically deformable such that the stopper is able to be inserted into an ear canal of a user. The carrying structure includes an extra-auricular platform (3) that includes an intra-auricular tube (5) that is arranged interdependent of the platform. A housing (8) is connected to a proximal end (6) of the intra-auricular tube. A closing unit (15) of the housing is movable between an opening position of the housing and a closing position of the housing.
