PURPOSE: An exterior airbag structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent gas exhausted from an airbag cushion of the exterior airbag from affecting a human or an object in an adjacent position to the exterior of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An exterior airbag structure of a vehicle comprises an airbag cushion(3), a vent hole(5), a spreading guide(7), and a gas exhaust hole(9). The airbag cushion is installed to be folded inside a bumper and be spread in the front of the bumper. The vent hole is formed in a part of the bumper while the airbag cushion is spread.
