POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITION WITH IMPROVED ANTI-DISCOLORATION AND ANTIMICROBIAL EFFICACY

PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition is provided to maintain chemical resistance and drug resistance while improving discoloration resistance and sterilizing performance. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene resin composition comprises an isotactic polypropylene homopolymer with a melt index of 1-50 g/10minutes, and silver-containing silica/zeolite sterilizer. The average particle diameter of the silver-containing silica/zeolite is 2-5 microns. The content of silver in the silver-containing silica/zeolite sterilizer is 3wt% or more. The amount of the silver-containing silica/zeolite sterilizer is 0.3-1.0 parts by weight, based on 100.0 parts by weight of polypropylene resin composition.
