The arrangement comprises a maintenance unit that maintains permanent contact of a support surface with a sheet (2) in a welding zone. The maintenance unit includes a support device of a fusion bath support, which is mobile to ensure the permanent contact in an automatic manner. The support device is mobile and perpendicular to the sheet. The support device is mobile under an effect of a recall unit in a position in which the recall unit ensures the contact between the support surface and the sheet. The support device includes a lengthening piece (4). The arrangement comprises a maintenance unit that maintains permanent contact of a support surface with a sheet (2) in a welding zone. The maintenance unit includes a support device of a fusion bath support, which is mobile to ensure the permanent contact in an automatic manner. The support device is mobile and perpendicular to the sheet. The support device is mobile under an effect of a recall unit in a position in which the recall unit ensures the contact between the support surface and the sheet. The support device includes a lengthening piece (4) that supports the fusion bath support on a level of the welding zone of a part and is removably perpendicular to the sheet on a support structure under the effect of the recall unit. The recall unit comprises a spring and a tuning unit. The support structure comprises a butted limitation unit of the lengthening-piece between a minimal height and a maximum height of the fusion bath support. The arrangement further comprises a support (5) for the sheet. The lengthening piece is equipped with a cooling unit for the fusion bath support and a removable fixing unit arranged on the fusion bath support.
