摘要 PURPOSE: An actuator which enables a piezoelectric body to drive a driven part; and a robot hand, a robot, an electronic component feeding device, and a test apparatus of an electronic component thereof are provided to convert the vibration of the piezoelectric body securely into the driving of a driven body by retaining a piezoelectric body in a retaining case, while suppressing the vibration leak of the piezoelectric body against the retaining case. CONSTITUTION: An actuator(100) includes a piezoelectric element(10) which is vibrated by secondary vibration of a flexural vibration mode, and by simultaneous secondary vibration of the flexural vibration and a longitudinal vibration mode; driven bodies(71,72) which are contacted with a contact unit which is equipped on the piezoelectric element, and driven by the vibration of the contact unit; an retaining unit which retains the piezoelectric element; and a frame(50) which has a pressing unit which presses the piezoelectric unit to the driven bodies. The retaining unit comprises a first supporting unit(31) and a second supporting unit(41) which are arranged in the direction crossing a vibration plane of the piezoelectric element and on one side of the piezoelectric element; a third supporting unit(32) which is arranged on the other side of the piezoelectric element by being faced with the first supporting unit across the piezoelectric element; and a fourth supporting unit(42) which is arranged on the other side by being faced with the second supporting unit across the piezoelectric element.
