<p>PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory system and a configuration method thereof are provided to recover lost data by comparing data written in different kinds of nonvolatile memory devices in sudden power off generation. CONSTITUTION: A nonvolatile memory system(100) includes a controller(120), a first nonvolatile memory device(140), and a second nonvolatile memory device(160). The second nonvolatile memory device is different from the first nonvolatile memory device and performs a writing operation at lower speed than that of the first non-volatile memory device. The controller controls that the first and second nonvolatile memory devices simultaneously perform the writing operation for data inputted from a host based on a writing command signal. The controller outputs a writing completion signal to the host when one of the first and second nonvolatile memory devices completes the writing operation.</p> |
