PURPOSE: A pinion sensor assembly, a pinion sensor cover assembly, and an electric power steering device for equipping the same are provided to improve assemblability and prevent malfunctions by reducing the measurement error of torque variation due to the accumulated assembly error of components when assembling a torque sensor with the surrounding components. CONSTITUTION: A pinion sensor assembly(310) comprises an input shaft(301), a pinion shaft(305), and a torque sensor(303). The input shaft is connected to a steering column. The upper part of the pinion shaft joined to the input shaft and the lower part of the pinion shaft is inserted into a rack housing for interlocking with a rack bar and sliding the rack bar. The torque sensor is penetrated by the input and pinion shafts by the center. The torque sensor is equipped with a wire harness connector(303d).
