PURPOSE: A laminated ceramic electronic component is provided to improve properties or an internal defect by relieving an internal stress although having a high capacity and a miniaturization. CONSTITUTION: A laminated ceramic electronic component comprises a ceramic body in which an inner electrode having a perpendicular directionality to a printed circuit board is laminated; and an outer electrode which is electrically connected to an inner electrode(22) by being formed in a both sides end part to a longitudinally directionality of the ceramic body. The inner electrode comprises an active region part which contributes to a capacity formation by facing each other with placing a dielectric layer in an interval, and a lead part(222) having a smaller length of a width direction than a width direction length of the active region part, and connecting the active region part and the outer electrode. A width direction length of the active region part is defined as WLa. A width direction length of the lead part in one end side of the ceramic body connected to the outer electrode is defined as WLl. When 1-WLl/WLa is defined as a bottleneck rateα, a range of 0<α<=0.12 is satisfied.
