The pulley (78) has a drive belt stage (52) to receive a striated drive belt, and a friction drive stage (50) to drive a roller by friction. The drive belt stage includes a toothed relief with several orthoradial grooves to receive the drive belt. A tread made of rubber is placed on the friction drive stage, where the tread is glued onto the drive pulley or molded onto the drive pulley. A dissipation unit dissipates vibrations output from of an internal combustion engine, where the dissipation unit includes a rubber ring. An independent claim is also included for a powertrain.
