The device has a T-section (2) including a leg part (3) forming a leg of the T-section, and a bar part (4) forming a T-bar against an outer vertical wall edge of a primary concrete slab (1). The leg part includes a drilling (5) for attachment to an upper edge surface of the slab, and an L-strap (9) for receiving and fixing lower parts of an upright (12). A half-bar (4a) forming a lower half of the T-bar in an assembled position includes a drilling for fixing to the outer vertical wall edge of the primary slab.
