PURPOSE: A heating system of a fuel filter for a diesel engine is provided to effectively prevent the fuel filter from freezing, to apply the system to various fuel filters as the installation and dismantlement of the system are convenient. CONSTITUTION: A heating system of a fuel filter for a diesel engine comprises a heating block(100) and a controller(180). The heating block comprises a case which is adhered closely to the fuel filter exterior of the diesel engine, and a heating part installed on the inner surface of the case.
