摘要 <p>The thermoforming material (1) based of a polyolefin resin (2), comprises a mixture of polyolefin resin with plant fibers (less than 30%) (3, 4) and a coupling agent, different layers (C1, C2, C3), and layers comprising the mixture of vegetable fibers. The polyolefin resin has a melt fluidity index of greater than 5 g/10 minutes. The plant fibers have a length of less than 100 mu m so that the material has an elongation capacity sufficient for its softening temperature to allow thermoforming, where 4 wt.% of the mixture is formed of plant fibers sieved at 500 mu m. The thermoforming material (1) based of a polyolefin resin (2), comprises a mixture of polyolefin resin with plant fibers (less than 30%) (3, 4) and a coupling agent, different layers (C1, C2, C3), and layers comprising the mixture of vegetable fibers. The polyolefin resin has a melt fluidity index of greater than 5 g/10 minutes. The plant fibers have a length of less than 100 mu m so that the material has an elongation capacity sufficient for its softening temperature to allow thermoforming, where 4 wt.% of the mixture is formed of plant fibers sieved at 500 mu m and 18 wt.% of the mixture is formed of plant fibers sieved at 100 mu m. The polyolefin resin has a melting temperature of less than 150[deg] C. The mixture further comprises a food colorant. An independent claim is included for a process for manufacturing a thermoforming product.</p>
