PURPOSE: A connection terminal block for an uninterruptible transformer and an uninterruptible transformer connection method using the same are provided to secure the stability of a power supply through a perfect tightening, and to remove an exposure of a charge unit when connecting a low-tension cable in a ground between a low pressure cabinet panel of a consumer and a head of a second cable of a portable uninterruptible transforming train. CONSTITUTION: A connection terminal block for an uninterruptible transformer comprises a power terminal block(111) in which a head of a second cable is connected; a front side case(110) in which a low-tension cable for a power supply is connected to a load side terminal block(112); and a rear case in which the power terminal block and the load side terminal block are connected to each other. A front side case comprises a first settle groove and a second settle groove(113) in which a second cable and the low-tension cable for a power supply are settled in the front side case.
