PURPOSE: A banding device is provided to reduce noise generated when product packing boxes are banded. CONSTITUTION: A banding device comprises a feeding roller(30), an upper feeding roller(40), and a guide unit(50). The feeding roller feeds packing bands to a banding frame and bands the packing bands to product packing boxes. The upper feeding roller transfers the packing bands between the feeding roller and the upper feeding roller to feed the packing bangs to the banding frame and bands the packing bands fed to the banding frame to the product packing boxes. The guide unit is installed between the feeding roller and the upper feeding roller to guide the packing bands fed to the banding frame. The surface of the upper feeding roller is coated by urethane to reduce noise generated when the packing bands band the product packing boxes.
