Novelty: a mechanical coffee tamper provided with a detachable brush is disclosed. Constitution: the mechanical small-sized coffee tamper 1 provided with the compression section 4, and the washer 9bearing peripheral bristles 10 meant to remove ground coffee residues from the closure means. The compression section 4 screws on the axle 3 via the pressure-actuated rotary handle 2 returning to its initial position via the spring 5. The device in question is furnished with a graduated axle indicating the exerted compression, and a base supporting the closure means 12 via the members (13,14,15,16) aligning the tamper 1 with this last. Alternative embodiment: the compression section 4 along with the washer 9 and its capillary ends 10 can be connected to the handle 17. |
