PURPOSE: A building energy simulation system considering agent behavior and a method thereof are provided to predict the usage of building energy according to the behavior of an agent by combining the behavior of the agent implemented in a recognition access mode with a building energy simulation. CONSTITUTION: An environmental state variable input unit(100) inputs an environmental state variable and an agent behavior calculating unit(300) calculates the behavior of an agent in a recognition access mode based on the environmental state variable. A building energy calculating unit(500) calculates the power consumption based on the behavior of the agent. An agent interaction calculating unit(400) calculates the behavior of interaction between a plurality of agents based on the behavior of the agent. The building energy calculating unit calculates the power consumption based on the behavior of interaction between the agents.
