摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# Reactor (100) comprises: a vertical installation of the reaction chamber, which is accommodated in a lower part (1) and an upper part (2) of the reactor, where the upper part is provided for accommodating product to be carbonized, preferably wood; a flue gas passage which is arranged in the upper part; an inlet opening for introducing the carbonization-product, which is laterally displaced on the center axis of the reaction chamber, in which a collar is arranged upstream to the inlet opening, on which a slide is mounted; and a curved guide plate arranged laterally on the inlet opening. #CMT# : #/CMT# Reactor (100) comprises: a vertical installation of the reaction chamber, which is accommodated in a lower part (1) and an upper part (2) of the reactor, where the upper part is provided for accommodating product to be carbonized, preferably wood, and is located at the upper end of the lower portion of a carbonization zone which comprises an air inlet device (10) for introducing air into the reaction chamber, a basket (4) having many passages which are distributed over the basket, and a free, annularly extending space between the air inlet device and basket for distributing the air through the periphery of the basket, such that air in the carbonization zone is introduced differentially and distributed uniformly in the carbonized product to maintain a combustion at least in the carburization zone; a flue gas passage which is arranged in the upper part; an inlet opening for introducing the carbonization-product, which is laterally displaced on the center axis of the reaction chamber, in which a collar is arranged upstream to the inlet opening, on which a slide is mounted; and a curved guide plate arranged laterally on the inlet opening. The air inlet device comprises many pipe sections which are connected with an annular channel and fluidically connected with the annularly extending space. The annular channel is segmented and has corresponding openings for the incoming air, which are provided with shut-off devices to allow the flow amount of air required for operation, which is carried out by hand or via an automatic control. An additional conveyor system comprising screw conveyors, spiral conveyors, scraper- and sliding floor or a walking-flow system is provided for conveying the carbonization-product from the channels into the metering device.
