The columns are regularly distributed along circumference of the wheel and separated from each other by vacuum comprising openings. Each column has an outer face and inner face connected with each other by leading and railing edges, where the inner face is connected to a hub (46) by the arm. Width of the columns measured between the edges is larger than that of the openings.
