PURPOSE: A resin original plate for printing and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by forming the resin original plate having roughened surface. CONSTITUTION: A roughened sheet(4) including roughened surface(3) is attachable and detachable to/from the upper surface(2) of a support substrate(1). A liquid photosensitive resin composite(6) is supplied on the roughened surface. A reinforcing film(7) is laminated on a photosensitive resin composite layer(8) formed by the liquid photosensitive resin composite. An opposite substrate(9) is pressurized to the roughened surface. An exposure process is performed to harden a layer.
