The band (10) has a stretchable layer (15) including two opposite surfaces (17, 18) equipped with an adhesive substance (19) and intended to be secured to a surface of a hook (2) or a substrate (3) and to be removed from the surface by stretching in a direction parallel to the surface of the hook or the substrate. An additional layer (25) includes two opposing surfaces (27, 28) and equipped with an adhesive substance (29), where the additional layer is partially separated from the stretchable layer by rotation of the additional layer about an axis perpendicular to the additional layer. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a ribbon (2) an assembly of an adhesive article and an object (3) a method for disassembly of an object fixed on a substrate.
