When predetermined drawing conditions have been established, the central processing device (6) specifies and outputs specific data for drawing commands corresponding to the established drawing conditions by reference to a screen control table (41). The drawing processing device (7) acquires, from the storage device (5), the drawing command data (13) that is specified by the specific data for drawing commands that has been output and creates display data on the basis of the drawing command data (13) that has been acquired and outputs the same to the display device (4).
