A syringe for injecting a surgical thread, according to the present invention, relates a syringe comprising an insertion portion, an injection portion, and a front end portion that is formed on the injection portion, wherein the surgical thread having a plurality of protrusions is provided inside the injection portion, wherein the ends of the protrusions are formed in the opposite direction of the front end portion, and the surgical thread is not entirely accommodated in the injection portion but the end of the surgical thread is partially exposed through a space formed on the insertion portion, by pushing the surgical thread toward the front end portion by using a pushing means, which is coupled to the insertion portion, so that one side of the surgical thread is exposed to the exterior. |
