Provided is a power generator that is capable of ensuring a stable power generation amount which is not dependent on operation conditions such as the operator, and that can be used with various machines due to the simple configuration of the power generator. A power generator (6) has a power generation unit (68) that generates power by manual operation. By the operation of a portion of an operation stroke of an operation means (4) used in the manual operation, an elastic member (25) is deformed and energy is thereby accumulated. The energy is instantaneously discharged to power the power generator (68) and to move an actuating part (27) in a portion of the remaining stroke of the operation stroke, and a moving member (7) is made to be manually movable in the remainder of the stroke. |
