The freewheel (1) has freewheel bodies (11, 12) i.e. freewheel rollers, arranged between a freewheel inner ring (8) and a freewheel outer ring (4). The freewheel includes a defined outlet cross-section for cooling and/or lubricating medium i.e. oil. The outlet cross-section is matched with a defined inlet cross-section for the cooling and/or lubricating medium so that the freewheel bodies are sufficiently supplied with the cooling and/or lubricating medium in an interior of the freewheel. The inlet cross-section includes inlet channels (21), which project from a central supply channel (20).
