摘要 <p>The objective of this invention is to stabilize the fuel injection amount for each cylinder and to reliably execute fuel injection control in a single-pressure-feed dual-injection type alcohol fuel injection system. An engine (10) is equipped with two injection valves (26, 28) and a single-pressure-feed dual-injection type fuel supply system (36). The fuel supply system (36) is configured such that fuel is injected sequentially with two cylinders during the pressure-feed-interval period from the execution of a first fuel injection operation to the execution of the next fuel injection operation. When the alcohol concentration in the fuel is higher than a prescribed criterion value gamma during the startup operation, an ECU (50) executes only a cylinder injection with respect to the first of the aforementioned two cylinders, and executes both an intake passage injection and a cylinder injection with respect to the second cylinder. Thus, even if the fuel pressure decreases due to the fuel injection of the first cylinder, the required amount of fuel injection can be guaranteed with the second cylinder.</p>
