The present invention is an antistatic device comprising: an antistatic unit (2) configured so as to cool moisture in air to feed water to a discharge electrode (1), and generate antistatic by application of high voltage to the water; and a case (3) housing the antistatic device (2) and having an intake port (5) for feeding air to the antistatic unit (2), and a discharge port (6) for discharging charged particles generated by the antistatic unit (2), wherein a silencer (10) is disposed in the intake port (5). This configuration makes it possible to suppress leakage of noise (sound) inside the antistatic device from the air intake side into the surrounding space.
