<p>The present application relates to a method, a server and a recording method for providing a staff management service which can directly nurture staff, who manage the athletes, as well as athletes. The method comprises: a first step for confirming the increase in level of a coach managed by a user; a second step for increasing and granting staff points as the level of the coach rises from a lower to a higher level; and a third step for allowing a skill to be acquired by spending the needed staff points for the skill when a user request for acquiring a relevant skill, from among the skills in a skill tree, is entered by the user.</p> |
